Ann and Robb (and 25 of their family and friends) eloped to Seattle’s Edgewater Hotel in style!
I love The Edgewater Hotel for an intimate wedding ceremony and celebration. Ann and Robb secured a private waterview suite next to the Hotel’s restaurant and were married on the suite’s veranda with a ferry and sunset in the background.
Kier Smith from Firstlight Photography captured this sweet photo of Ann and Robb on their wedding day. Kier and his team love small and intimate ceremonies and if you need a first-class photo guy for your small ceremony/celebration, contact Kier at www.firstlight-photography.com
I was fortunate to marry two wonderful couples on Valentine’s Day – Erik & Sabrina at Salty’s on Alki and Troy and Jessica at a private home in South Seattle.
As you can see, Seattle Photographer Extraordinaire, Jenny Goldberg-George, captured a beautiful moment (at right) for Erik and Sabrina.
If your wedding ceremony is small and intimate – planned or last minute, truly consider the affordable investment of a professional photographer. There is just something about beautiful photos on a wedding day that tie everything together.

The Washington Coast is a remarkable, brilliantly beautiful and “out-of-the-way” place for a small/intimate wedding ceremony or elopement!
Mark and Juanita flew in from Colorado and with their closest friends/family, we hiked down to the water’s edge on a chilly Monday morning. The fog was rolling in, the air was crisp, every was dressed to kill ~ it was just a remarkable and memorable moment.
If you are seeking a gorgeous place oceanside, check out Ruby Beach on the Washington Coast – it’s a spectacular and hidden location/venue!
Matt and Leesa flew into Seattle and were married at The Salish Lodge overlooking Snoqualmie Falls with two close friends at their side.
Each year, The Salish Lodge hosts weddings of all sizes – from the small and intimate to the lavish and formal. And for a sweet elopement, this venue is perfect. It offers fantastic accommodations, elegant dining and a many other intangibles that create a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Robb and Ann traveled from California to Seattle’s Alaskan Way to be married waterside at one of the Northwest’s iconic landmark hotels – The Edgewater!
A small and mighty group of family and friends traveled in from different parts to join this wonderful couple for their early Friday evening ceremony. As the sun began to set over the sound, Robb and Ann exchanged beautiful and personal vows – with a Seattle – Bainbridge Island ferry in the background.
Robb and Ann ~ thank you for giving me the marvelous opportunity to “get you hitched” and to be a part of your wedding day!
