How To Get Married During Phase 2 (Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston Counties and More) and Phase 1.5 (King County)
June 8, 2020
To you, a darling engaged couple…
So, you want to get married this week, this month or sometime soon?
Per the Governor’s Guidance for Phase 2 (Snohomish, Pierce and Thurston Counties, to name a few), and Phase 1.5 (King County), it’s a joy to welcome back the small wedding.
What does this mean? For all of this goodness, here is what you’ll need to make all of this happen…
- Valid Washington State Marriage License
- 2 Witnesses over the age of 18
- A lovely location (outside is the best!), a park, your backyard, etc
- Someone lovely to marry you
COVID 19/Phase 2 and Phase 1.5 Requirements: 1) Masks required for Officiant and witnesses, 2) Social distancing of 6 feet for Officiant and witnesses, 3) Separate pens for witnesses and Officiant; 4) Max of 5 people for the wedding ceremony. The goal is to follow the Governor’s/State guidelines to insure health and happiness all around!
