A SMALL WEDDING CEREMONY, A LITTLE MORE INVOLVED.
Somewhere Between a True Elopement and Something Bigger…
Here is what you may be thinking.
‘Gosh, we don’t want a true elopement, just the 2 of us and witnesses. We do not want a larger wedding, with way more planning. I guess we are somewhere in between…trying to figure it out.’
Welcome to the Small Wedding Ceremony, somewhere between a True Elopement and Something Bigger.
For me, a small wedding ceremony is a lightly planned affair that includes a personalized wedding ceremony, a planned venue/location, up to 15 guests or so, and perhaps a few additional touches, such as a photographer, florist, champagne toast, or celebration meal.
A small wedding ceremony is more casual than formal. Details are fewer, or at least on a smaller scale than for larger weddings. And as many of my couples would agree, less definitely can be more; less stress and lower cost, but just as much opportunity to create fun, beautiful, and forever memories.
Your wedding venue might be a friend’s vacation cottage, a lovely boutique hotel, a ferry boat, a local park, or your own home. For ideas, go to Locations/Venues.
Trust me to partner with you to create and officiate a ceremony that is fun-loving, reverent, relaxed, and easy, inclusive of timeless elements and special touches.
Please consider me if you want an Officiant who is easy-going, creative, attentive, unstuffy, and respectful. I do not, however, wear a wet suit, jump out of anything, or officiate high in the sky in a hot air balloon! Other than this, and anything else I may be missing here, I am open!
I invite you to learn more about my professional background and personal life by going to About.
