It was such happiness for me to be a part of wonderful and intimate weddings this holiday season in Seattle for very special couples.
Much happiness to Eric and Carrie (featured below), married at The Willows Lodge.
And it was such a pleasure to join these loving couples for their holiday weddings:
Brandon and Christina, Allen and Teri, Jason and Shonna, Freddie and Mokie and Richard and Jane.
Happy 2015 everyone!
Earlier this summer, I had the honor of joining Bud and Mary together in marriage.
For precious reasons, this couple was married in the loving presence of their children and close family/friends on a Washington State ferry from Seattle to Bainbridge Island.
They celebrated with a weekend on Bainbridge Island before traveling to their temporary home in Tacoma.
Each day, I think of Mary and hold her in my heart. She is going through an extraordinary time in her life and her loving husband, Bud, is one of her great gifts.
Grace, healing and comfort to you, Mary, Bud and family.
You’ve got to love a couple who is so family oriented that their finest wish is an intimate wedding ceremony with their three children.
And Josh and Janice did just that. With their 3 boys as their “best men,” this devoted and inspiring couple “eloped” to The Willows Lodge in Woodinville and shared vows in a ceremony just for 5.
And together with their sons, Josh and Janice hand-crafted a memento to take home from their ceremony…with fully participation by their best little men!
Josh and Janice – much continued happiness as you launch on your marriage and family adventure!

Tim and Kirsten had their first date at Seattle’s Olympic Sculpture Park.
On Thursday, February 20th, they returned to be married. So happy, so excited, so in love.
Surrounded by Winter sunshine and the love of their 3 daughters, Tim and Kirsten exchanged personal words and vows.
Simply put, perfect.
Ted and Aimie arrived for their elopement at The Willows Lodge in Woodinville with style – on their bicycles!
Photographer Jenny Goldberg-George captured this sweet photo immediate after they said “I Do,” with bicycles decorated in signage, ribbons and empty cans.
Sometimes a most simple element can totally “make” a moment.
Congratulations, Aimie and Ted!
